Ella
Founder/Owner
Hi, I’m Ella my pronouns are she/her/hers! I grew up in DeLand and danced throughout my childhood and young adult life. I became a student of yoga when I lived is Washington State, I was far from family and all that was familiar. The studio in Washington led me to the best remedy for transitions - movement and friendships. My life has been forever changed by the teachers and people I practice with. Community allows me to be something bigger! I created Community Yoga to build bridges between humans.

Ileana
Nice to meet you, I’m Ileana and my pronouns are she/her. Dancing has been my way to heal myself and to inspire others to find harmony in their path.
Many years of psychology and dance experience has allowed me to connect with people to facilitate “trust spaces” to feel and express our emotions with the integration of body movement specially, and also with aerial arts, yoga, massage and with the connection with nature.

Cheyenne
Hello, My name is Cheyenne and my pronouns are she/her. I have been doing yoga since I was 10-years-old when my grandmother introduced it to me. I decided to expand my practice last year and studied Kripalu style yoga in teacher training courses. I learned so much about myself and want to share with others that yoga can be for everyBody. I look forward to being your guide and invite you to practice yoga on and off the mat.

Sarah
Hello Friends, I’m Sarah. I come from the northeast. I’m an educator. I love peanut butter, reading, learning new things, and I’m an amateur birder. I recently relocated down south and found my first “Florida Friends” through this great little yoga network. Such a kind-hearted group!
I have my 200Hour YRT Certificate along with certificates for both Yin Yoga and Children’s Yoga. Additionally, I love sharing my practice with cancer survivors and those living with lymphedema. You, special ones, have my heart.
I’m happy to be part of the Community Yoga and Dance family. And I hope to see you on the mat. Take good care. -S
